10-28-2013 Guarantee Terms Update:


Rentalo.com guarantees that during your active subscription period you will receive paid bookings or reservations as a result of your Rentalo.com listing worth at least 1000% of your cost of your subscription.

Upon expiration of your "Pay per Listing" subscription, as per your written request, and subjected to your full compliance with our listing guidelines, Rentalo will convert your listing subscription into a Pay Per Booking listing, and waive all our owner booking fees (saving 2.9% per booking fees) until you receive 1000% in gross bookings, as shown in the examples shown below (exact amounts may vary on discounted pricing):

If you paid $199 for a Standard listing, you will pay no owner booking fees until you receive $2,000 in bookings (gross rentals).

If you paid $299 for a Premium listing, you will pay no owner booking fees until you receive $3,000 in bookings (gross rentals).

If you paid $399 for a Sponsor listing, you will pay no owner booking fees until you get $4,000 in bookings (gross rentals).

Rentalo will keep your listing up at no extra charge for as long as it takes in order for you to recover your fee. Rentalo.com reserves the final decision on all guarantee requests.

This gurantee applies to all new listing subscriptions paid on or after October 28, 2013, and are in full compliance with our listing guidelines. Rentalo.com reserves the final decision on all guarantee requests.


6-month Extension Option:

This guarantee option applies to all 12 or 24 listing listing subscriptions paid after 2005, and are in fully compliance with our listing guidelines. Rentalo.com reserves the final decision on all guarantee requests.

If during the first year of subscription, you do not receive at least 1000% of your subscription fee in bookings due to Rentalo's performance, please contact our Customer Service Department using our Contact Rentalo form to request a free six (6) month extension of your subscription (please include the reason(s) for your request).

Please note that this guarantee only applies to first time property listing owners who are advertising in Rentalo.com using as a minimum a one (1) year subscription (Premium or Sponsor). This guarantee may be used for only one listing per client.
